Five musicians/singers take us on a journey to the past to discover music from the times of Shakespeare and Queen Elizaberth I, when women wore corsets and men walked around in tights. Even if 16th century fashion might seem out of place today, the same cannot be said about the music of some composers of that time. In this show created by Joana Bagulho and Maria Bayley, we’ll discover the music of Thomas Morley, John Dowland, William Byrd, John Wilbye and Antony Holborne.
