- Performances can only be combined if there is at least 20 minutes between the end time of the previous performance and the start time of the next one. 🕚
- Please respect the age limit indicated for each performance. That way we can guarantee a pleasant performance for everyone.✨
- Small earplugs are provided at the venue. However, we recommend that you provide your child(ren) with their own ear protection. Without overstepping the limits, the sounds can still be overwhelming at times.🎧
- The festival doors open half an hour before the start of the first performance. 🎶
- The festival starts around noon. Small refreshments are available, but lunch offerings are limited. Please bring something for hungry children 😉

Met de fiets
Aan de ingang aan de Godshuizenlaan 2 is er een grote overdekte fietsenstalling met camerabewaking (foto). Ook in de Jozef Kluyskensstraat, vlakbij de ingang van de Hogeschool Gent zijn overdekte fietsenstallingen aanwezig.
U kan ook via Bijlokekaai 7 de site op fietsen, hier vindt u ook (niet overdekte) fietsenstallingen.
Met de auto
De Bijlokesite ligt met één zijde tegen de kleine stadsring van Gent aan en is dus goed bereikbaar met de auto, ook na de invoering van het circulatieplan. Op de historische Bijlokesite zelf is er geen parking. In de omliggende straten is er wel uitgebreide parkeermogelijkheid en er liggen meerdere ondergrondse parkings op wandelafstand.

Met de trein
De Bijlokesite ligt op 1 kilometer van het station Gent-Sint-Pieters, een kwartiertje stappen. U kan aan het station ook tram 4, 22 of 1 nemen tot aan de Godshuizenlaan. De dichtste toegang tot de Bijlokesite voor wie van het station komt is de toegang aan de Godshuizenlaan 2, ter hoogte (aan Stadsmuseum STAM).

Met De Lijn
Er liggen bus- en tramhaltes in de buurt van De Bijloke. Zo kan u:
- Vanuit Gent Sint-Pietersstation of vanaf de Korenmarkt kan u makkelijk tram 1, (halte Verlorenkost of halte Van Nassaustraat), tram 4/24 (halte Bijlokehof) nemen.
- Vanaf het W. Wilsonplein (Gent Zuid) is er bus 6, halte Bijloke).
U kan het makkelijkst uw route uitstippelen aan de hand van de routeplanner van De Lijn.
Scholen gratis met De Lijn
Dankzij de steun van Cultuurkuur kunnen scholen met DynamoOPWEG (maximum 30 personen per rit met bus of tram) gratis gebruik maken van De Lijn om naar De Bijloke te reizen. Meer info vind je via bovenstaande link.
